About Chindia Chamber

1:Introduction

 

Chindia Chamber of Commerce and Industry also referred to, as CCCI is a non-profit organization set up under the societies registration Act, 1860. The organization set up in the year 2012 through contributions from the Chinese Companies doing business in India and the Embassy of P.R. China in New Delhi, India. As of January 2013, more than 100 Chinese Companies are members of the CCCI. The members are ranging from largescale MNC’s to small and medium scale enterprises and traders belonging to various sectors such as Power, Mining, Healthcare, and Consumer Goods etc. Our members are mainly located in Delhi, NCR Region, Mumbai, Gujarat, Pune andother parts of the country.

 

2:Objectives of CCCI

 

1: Chamber aims to provide a business hub for both Chinese as well as Indian Companies to increase bilateral trade between both the countries and promote education, culture and development of the society between both the countries.

 

2: Chamber aims to improve Indo-China Relations by facilitating economic co-operation.

 

3: To connect with relevant industrybodies to promote and maintain an investment friendly business environment for Chinese Companies in India.

 

4: To promote the development and mutual interests among its members for efficient business activities in India.

 

3:Activities of CCCI

 

1:  To regularly conduct seminars to update and provide knowledge to its members about the regulatory environment of India such as tax, Legal, HR and PR Activities.

 

2: Conduct Regular board meetings among the governing body and the officals from the Embassy of China to discuss future prospects activites for the Chamber.

 

3: Co-ordinate with Industry bodies such as FICCI, CII and ASSOCHAM to participate in seminars and help in connecting potential clients to our companies.

 

4: Take up regular issues with Government Organizations in India and China to help facilitate and remove trade barriers between both the countries.

 

5: Regularly conduct workshops on PR,Human Resource providing information to our Chinese Companies on India’s economy, and its political system.
